This webinar will discuss recent decisions from across the Common Law world on Quistclose trusts. \nPresenter:Â Ronny Chen\, Barrister\, Frederick Jordan Chambers\, Sydney. \nRonny Chen has a particular interest in cross-border commercial and insolvency disputes\, including international commercial arbitration. Ronny also maintains chambers in Singapore. \nCommentator:Â Dr Derwent Coshott\, Sydney Law School \nDerwent’s researches in the law of trusts\, with a particular focus on how trusts are utilised internationally as a legitimate tool of commerce and charity\, and as an illegitimate device in the context of illegal financial conduct.
