We are delighted to invite you to the 2020 Norton Rose Fulbright Contract and Restitution Law Conference co-hosted by the Ross Parsons Centre for Commercial, Corporate and Taxation Law.
The Conference will consider the implications of the recent High Court decision of
Mann v Paterson Constructions. The session will be of particular interest to judges, legal practitioners and in-house counsel in the banking, construction, government procurement and infrastructure sectors.
