With a European focus, this webinar will present a panel of distinguished University of Sydney alumni who will tell us how their businesses and institutions have adapted and share their predications for the post-pandemic future, hosted by Dr Leela Cejnar.

Craig Hassall AM (BEc ’86) CEO, Royal Albert Hall

Craig Hassall AM is currently CEO of the Royal Albert Hall, one of the world’s busiest and most-loved performance venues. Prior to this, he was CEO of Opera Australia, Australia’s largest performing arts organisation, with over 600 opera performances a year, including two mainstage opera seasons in Sydney and Melbourne, Opera on Sydney Harbour, musical theatre, concerts and national touring.

Mark Rigotti (BA ’86 LLB ’88 LLM ’98) Partner and Senior Adviser, Herbert Smith Freehills

Mark Rigotti a Partner and Senior Adviser at Herbert Smith Freehills. He is the immediate past Global CEO having served for two terms from 2014-2020 in the London office. He was also Chair of the firm’s Global Executive, Chair of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Group and a Member of the HSF Global Partnership Council.

Lynette Wood (BA ’87), Australian Ambassador to Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein

In Canberra, Ms Wood was First Assistant Secretary, International Division with the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C). She has served as Assistant Secretary, Middle East Branch and Executive Branch at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Ms Wood has also served overseas with postings in Canada and Germany.
