Ross Parsons Centre Law & Business seminar: SME Restructuring and Insolvency

This webinar will discuss proposed reforms to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with dealing with financial distress through restructuring and insolvency processes. SMEs make up a large part of the economy, and yet many small businesses face difficulties navigating through insolvency and restructuring processes. On 24 September 2020, the Federal Treasurer announced reforms to assist SMEs restructure their financial affairs to help save businesses dealing with the pandemic fallout. This webinar will examine these reforms and compare them with law reform introduced in the UK, New Zealand and Singapore.

The webinar will feature of panel of insolvency and restructuring experts:
