The Public International Law Webinar Series

The Public International Law Webinar Series

The organisers are pleased to invite you to attend the 2022 public international law webinar series, which will bring together leading public international law practitioners, academics and arbitrators to discuss topical issues of global importance.

This event will see Judge Tim Eicke, Professor Neha Jain and Professor Christian Tams, three pre-eminent and authoritative figures in international law, discuss and debate the Public International Law Year in Review.

The webinar series will be launched by a keynote address jointly delivered by Solicitor-General Daphne Hong (Attorney-General’s Chambers, Singapore) and Professor Dapo Akande (University of Oxford). Solicitor-General Hong will first address the topic of “International Law and the Challenges of the New World Order”, and Professor Akande will then explore a specific and presently pressing area of challenge in his address on “International Law Responses to War and Armed Conflict”.

There are six weekly webinars in this series. The webinars are free of charge, but places are limited, and prior registration is required.
